On Saturday night, Gwen Stefani and Olivia Rodrigo rocked the stage at the 2024 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California.
The No Doubt frontwoman and ex-Disney star obviously knew how to amp up a crowd. Stefani had her hair in braided buns and rocking plaid. Rodrigo was in a crop top that said, “I heart sign Nd” – a reference to No Doubt, Stefani’s band.
Rodrigo has been busy performing at her Guts World Tour before stopping by at Coachella. She recently released her deluxe album with the new hit song, “Obsessed,” that has gone viral on TikTok.
Rodrigo recently sparked controversy after handing out Plan B pills at her shows. She has expressed her support for about abortion rights, and her Fund 4 Good will make proceeds from the tour go to women’s health care organizations. She called out the Supreme Court at a music festival for overturning Roe v.

Carey, with her heavenly voice, found herself in a tangled relationship with Tommy Mottola, which was more about control than love. Amidst his own tumultuous relationship with the industry, Mj shed light on the darker aspects of the songstress’ life with Mottola.

Welcomed by a roaring audience of lavender-dressed kids, Gen Z’eers, gays, and cool moms, Rodrigo took the stage in a sparkly silver two-piece for “Bad Idea Right” following an intro that brought the Guts album cover art to life.

Nearly 15 years ago, Mariah Carey took aim at an extensively gossipy person spreading her business around. On “Obsessed,” the first single from Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, opens with the songstress chuckling before asking: “Why are you so obsessed with me?” It’s the same question Ariana Grande tried to get to the bottom of on her latest single, “Yes, And,” where she ponders: “Why do you care so much whose — I ride? Why?” Naturally, Grande sought out Carey — an expert on dodging obsessed spectators — for the song’s official remix.

Beyoncé captivated Hollywood’s attention Saturday night as the superstar held a stealthily staged world premiere of her concert movie, “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé,” at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.
The movie, which documents her Renaissance World Tour, will be released in the U.S. on Dec. 1 via major exhibition chains, including AMC, Regal and Cinemark. Beyoncé fans have noted that Dec. 1 also marks World AIDS Day – the singer dedicated her “Renaissance” album to her late cousin Johnny (she refers to him as “Uncle Johnny”), who died of AIDS-related illness.
Details of the premiere were kept under wraps, with guests invited with a save-the-date that only included the screening’s 7 p.m. start time and a “cozy opulence” dress code. The location, which turned out to be the Goldwyn Theater, was provided less than 24 hours before the start of the festivities. Guests were advised to take a...

It was a family affair for superstar songstress Mariah Carey as she brought her Merry Christmas One and All! tour to the Hollywood Bowl for two sold-out shows on Nov. 17 and 19.
Joining the superstar onstage both nights were her 12-year-old twins (with Nick Cannon), Moroccan and Monroe, or “Roc and Roe,” as the singer put it. Carey’s daughter, Monroe, joined her mom for a duet on a soaring “Jesus Born on This Day,” from Carey’s 1994 holiday album Merry Christmas, with Monroe also fronting a rollicking version of The Waitresses’ “Christmas Wrapping.” Moroccan made a brief appearance for “Here Comes Santa Claus (Right Down Santa Claus Lane).” Upbeat versions — complete with all the “zhuzh,” Carey noted — of her Christmas standards started out the set list with cheer.

Olivia Rodrigo has announced that she will release all four “secret” tracks from her latest album, Guts, as part of a Record Store Day exclusive vinyl via Jack White’s Third Man Records.
This will be the first time that every Guts bonus track — “Obsessed,” “Scared of My Guitar,” “Stranger,” and “Girl I’ve Always Been” — will be available on a single release. Previously, fans were only able to collect all four by picking up each limited edition vinyl variant at Rodrigo’s webstore: red, white, blue, and purple.
That the vinyl release comes via Third Man Records is no surprise. In late August, Rodrigo revealed that she turned to White, Kathleen Hanna, and St. Vincent as mentors while recording the album.
Plus, Rodrigo shared a photo of her with White backstage at Brooklyn Steel in her Instagram post announcing the vinyl release. Check that out below.

Grammy Award-winning artiste Olivia Rodrigo has released her second album ‘Guts’, featuring her two premium hits ‘Vampire’ and ‘Bad Idea Right?’ The album sees the 20-year old singer expanding on her artistry, and pushing new horizons as she defies conventional pop music norms and take a more experimental side, featuring synthesisers, electric guitars, sampling while giving the whole LP, a bit of a pop rock flavour as opposed to going pure pop, like she did on her debut album ‘Sour’.
While ‘Vampire’ reached No.1 on Billboard 100 and Spotify upon its release in June, ‘Bad Idea Right?’ on its release back in August, has so far already reached the Top 10 on the Billboard 100, in the US and UK.
To celebrate the arrival of ‘Guts’, Rodrigo is sharing a live performance video for the album-opening song “All-American B****”. The full track list for ‘Guts’ includes:

Songs like “Kim” (2000), “Obsessed” (2009), and “The Warning” (2009) capture the uncertainties and controversies surrounding Eminem’s dating history. The American rapper from Detroit, Michigan, has been romantically linked to several famous women, from Nicki Minaj to Mariah Carey, Skylar Grey, and even Rihanna. While most of these were rumored relationships, it’s no secret he was twice married to Kimberly Anne Scott, the mother of his only biological child Hailie Jade Mathers. Apart from Kim Scott, Marshall Bruce Mathers III has kept most of his love life away from the limelight, making it difficult for the public to keep track...

Two years ago, Addison Rae toyed around with the idea of pop stardom. Her debut single, the glossy “Obsessed,” offered a small taste of where the influencer could take a full-fledged music career, but it was the only record she released in an official capacity. There were rumors of a potential full-length album, and plenty of leaked songs from it. Rae has referred to the project in the past as “the lost album,” and now she’s found it — or at least some of it.

For all of the murder and crime that occurs in Erotic Thrillers, more often than not, the police are barely present in the subgenre. If the protagonist isn’t a cop, there might be a detective on the margins or a beat cop taking a statement at a crime scene, but more often than not, law enforcement is typically absent.
Fatale upends this convention in part by fusing a stalker/infidelity storyline with a crooked cop plot wherein the jilted woman is also the film’s detective.
The film’s other novel twist, courtesy of screenwriter David Loughery, is that the central pairing is interracial. Loughery, who is white, is no stranger to exploring race in his screenplays: he co-wrote 2008’s Lakeview Terrace, in which Samuel L Jackson is a crooked cop who terrorizes neighbor Patrick Wilson, as well as 2009’s Obsessed, in which Beyonce must defend her marriage from obsessed white woman Ali Larter.

Beyoncé once embarked on an acting career after conquering the world of music in the 2009 feature Obsessed. She co-starred alongside The Wire alum Idris Elba in the role.

Elba and Beyoncé both played a married couple in the 2009 hit film Obsessed. Ali Larter joined the pair, portraying a character who’d become increasingly enamored by Elba’s. Elba was drawn to the role for several reasons, including variety. Many of the star’s fans were attached to one of Elba’s most well-known characters as Stringer Bell in The Wire. Obsessed gave the audience an opportunity to see Elba portray a role that couldn’t have been any more different than his Wire counterpart.

Joshua Jackson has no problem talking about sex. In our time together, he doesn’t blush when referencing a woman’s nipples or breaking down how two people “fuck” on television. He’s been viewed as a sex symbol since he was a teen, playing the class-clown-turned-heartthrob Pacey Witter on “Dawson’s Creek,” and now it’s just who he is.
And it’s a very big part of “Fatal Attraction.” “The sex scenes are of great importance,” says Jackson, 44, “because they’re furthering the narrative. You have to believe that these people want to fuck each other.” The series, which premieres on Paramount+ on April 30, doesn’t shy away from the kind of nudity that Hollywood used to pepper R-rated adult movies with in the ’70s and ’80s.
