Most of the time they are mild, though some punishments in episodes or challenges in general result in blood.

- Since this is also a YouTube channel and people compete in videos, there will never be a chance of anything brutal happening. If someone gets into anything like this, it will always be moderately painful.

- Many challenges can be very intense to watch for some people, as some can have really intense height measures and sometimes dangerous acts.
- The last rounds are always really intense.
- Emotional scenes throughout.
- It should be noticed that during the challenge videos, they having an problem issues causing people losing the intense challenge, such as family issues, work issues, etc, as well as the main crew does doing prank stuff to them.
- Who ever came up with the TV-MA rating has not even seen the show. It is definitely enough to be a PG rating.
