In his opening monologue, Red thanks the editors of Radio/TV Daily for naming his program as Best Comedy Show on TV. The Skelton Scrapbook, titled "The Bouncer", features Cauliflower McPugg providing security for the gym. In the Skelton Film Scrapbook, called "The Golfer", pro duffer Red demonstrates various techniques to assist new golfers. This skit eventually morphs into a Tide commercial. Another Skelton Scrapbook, named "Corpus Delicti", portrays Red as gangster Horrible Humphrey who must "dispose" of something.
