- KARMA is the most extreme story of the two segments (the following below are featured in the KARMA segment)
- A man is shot, blood is shown
- Another man is shot twice
- Three men are brutally bitten by Cannibals. Blood and chunks of flesh are seen being torn off their bodies
- The same men are then torn apart by the cannibals. Blood and entrails are shown being pulled out and eaten while they gave blood curdling screams. Blood and flesh are shown on the mouths of the cannibals. This scene is very graphic but only shown in seconds before the camera moves between the cannibals and their half eaten victims.
- STORM contains the following violence
- People end up meeting a murderous spirit and end up with their throats slit. blood spurts from the wound. Most of the found dead bodies are lying in a pool of blood
- A cop is stabbed just before he manages to shoot a threatening teenager
