Linc calls LJ as "Nick Saverin" sitting in the passenger side of the car waiting for Michael. As a customer walks by, he notices Linc, now sitting in driver seat. After LJ speaks again, Linc is once again in the passenger seat and Michael enters the driver seat.
During Dr. Gudat's death scene, T-Bag pulls up a pink-colored medication. Based on the size of the syringe and the color of the liquid, T-Bag injects between 5 and 7mls of euthanasia solution into his intended victim. However, this amount would not be adequate to cause death in a patient that weighs more than 60lbs. As Dr. Gudat appears to weigh over 100lbs, T-Bag would not have successfully killed Dr. Gudat.
When Tweener is at the payphone immediately after swiping the wallet, a piece of tape is clearly visible over the phone company's logo next to the coin slot on the pay phone.
When Michael and Linc go out on the roof to rescue LJ, one of the buildings in the background says City Of Dallas on it.
After leaving the court house, Michael and Linc steal a truck and get away from police who are shooting at them. In the next episode, we see Linc is shot in the leg, and so they go to see Nika and bandage his wound. They did not get the bullet out, but in the next episodes, Linc is not even limping or dragging his leg, actually he runs just as fast as L.J.
The newspaper article Lincoln reads early in the episode about LJ's hearing spells the possessive of Burrows' name as "Burrow's" in the heading.
