This silent footage of a crowd of people, in the early twentieth century, skating on ice at New York's Central Park that lasts for about 30 seconds was another early film from The Edison Company that I found on Internet Archive. That's all it basically is and it's all depicted on a stationary camera. I'm not giving a rating as a result but if you're curious about this it's indeed available at the site I just mentioned. All right, since I have to write a few more lines in order for this comment to be accepted here at IMDb, I'll just mention that some of the most fascinating films that happen to be public domain are here and they have also some old radio show stuff from the '30s through whenever. That's how I managed to listen to Jack Benny's first radio show from 1932 which was much different from what it became and had a much different cast though Benny was funny throughout. And there was no studio audience so you really had to listen to Jack's lines to get it which I did! Comment over.
