- Everyone at the SGC is having to put up with Emmett Bregman, a documentary filmmaker who has been tasked by the President to document the Stargate program and the SGC's 1000th mission. Bregman is annoying, flouts the rules and annoys virtually everyone at the base. Sam suspects there's more to this documentary than meets the eye. Meanwhile, SG-13 travels to a planet where they find the ruins of a city that once belonged to the Ancients. They also come across a probe that fires upon them.
