(at around 34 mins) When several zombies approach his boat, Captain Victor Kirk shoots them with a Desert Eagle pistol, which he fires 13 times. A Desert Eagle magazine holds 7 to 9 rounds, depending on the caliber.
When the group is inside the house at night, daylight shines through the blinds.
(at around 1h 6 mins) After the group barricades the house, Alicia finds a book she claims to be a ship's journal. A captain's log should be handwritten, but the text in the book is printed.
(at around 53 mins) During the long shootout in front of the house, one girl shoots a zombie, who goes flying back. You can see a wire attached to him.
(at around 1h 4 mins) When Rudy talks to Alicia about Casper's death, an electric light is on, even though the house was built and furnished before the light bulb was invented. Uwe Boll himself pointed it out in the commentary.

(at around 47 mins) After Greg lost Casper in the forest, he gets chased by a bunch of zombies. He hides under a tree, but they discover him again. That's when you can see one of the jumping devices one zombie uses to bash against a tree.
Several zombies make spectacular leaps. In several scenes, most notably the ten-minute shoot out in the graveyard, the spring catapult used to launch the stuntman is visible, launching the zombie into the air.
(at around 51 mins) At the beginning of the 12-minute shoot-out, the camera pulls away from the group of protagonists in slow-mo. At the bottom of the screen, you can see the dolly-track that the camera is riding on.
(at around 1h 6 mins) One of the girls reading the log book says that the book records the death of the crew, and the Padre turning the boat toward Isla del Morte. If the Padre killed the captain and the crew, who wrote the logs?
