When Angus and Dorian are lying in their bunk beds talking, Dorian alternately has a toy helicopter or a beer in his hand between shots.
When the Oldsmobile station wagon pulls up to the drive thru window in the first scene of the movie, it has a beige interior with door mounted seat belts. When the station wagon is shown in the next scene, the interior appears blue and has standard seat belts.
When Roy is teaching Dorian how to assemble a Big Buzz Double Cheeseburger, he states that the correct order is to place 3 onions and then 3 pickles. However, when Dorain is making the burger for the first time, Roy states that you should put the pickles on before the onions.
After Dorian and Sally meet for the first time, we see the truck pulling away from the Burger Matic. The dog which had previously been in the bed of the truck, is missing.
Drew is walking next to grain silos when the school bus stops to pick her up. When the bus door opens and drew enters there is an open road behind her and no grain silos.
Dorian and Angus claim to be AH-1 cobra pilots in the "Air National Guard". The Air National Guard, which is a reserve component of the U.S. Air Force, however, does not have cobra helicopters in their inventory. Only the Army National Guard and the U.S. Marine Corps fly the AH-1 attack helicopter. Dorian and Angus though, are wearing Air Force lieutenant bars (blue colored) on their flight suits, not Army rank (black or gold colored) as an actual cobra pilot in the Guard would have.
The branch of the military seems to change between Dorian and Angus. Each man is wearing the uniform and rank insignia of the Air National Guard (a reserve component of the US Air Force), yet they fly a Cobra helicopter (which was used by the Army until 2001, and is currently in use by the Marine Corps) AND Dorian later identifies himself as belonging to the Army when filling out a job application for Burger Matic. However, each respective state has a Army and Air National Guard. It's quite possible Dorian misspoke and meant to say the Air Force OR both brothers were prior service members (meaning they previously served in the US Army National Guard and then served in the US Air National Guard).
Dorian and Angus are wearing a squadron patch on the chest of their flight suits for "VFA-377." This is a Navy squadron which was decommissioned after the end of WWII.
When the helicopter is chasing the criminal the pilot is shown wearing night vision goggles while using a spotlight. Since the night vision goggles amplify ambient light to allow the user to see, the pilot would be blinded by doing this.
When Angus is in the helicopter chasing Dorian, Sally and his mom, we see through the windshield of the helicopter that the highway is blocked off by orange cones and police cars. In the previous and subsequent shots, there is traffic flowing.
The two pilots in an AH-1 Cobra helicopter converse with each other on a hard-wired intercom and NOT on a radio. It would be impossible for ANY radio to pick up their conversation, let alone a server's wireless headset at a drive-thru fast food restaurant.
