- After a Bartender guy Frank comes to John's apartment and says "your brother/Charlie is in a lot of trouble". John visits a strip club, women dancing provocative, wearing underwear and bras. Then as John, walks down stairs, there's more women in their underwear.
- Grace Santiago arrives at John Robinson's apartment; a sex scene follows. Grace's breasts are shown clearly as John performs sex acts. Grace and John passionately kiss(no tongues visible) and John plants small kisses throughout her body.
Violence & Gore

- A young man gets shot in the chest and killed by some guards, later we see a pool of blood around his body.
- There are a number of fights in the movie, some have bloody results but not that much.
- A mobster's face is mildly slasdhed(small amount of blood).
- A man killed by being pushed in front a train(the actual death is offscreen).
- A pyromaniac(whose face and hands are burned) squirts lighter fluid in a token booth and sets it on fire but the attendant is saved by Wesley Snipes.
