Radner was born in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg). At the time of Radner's birth, his father was a student at the Leningrad Polytechnic University. After Zinnat Muratov graduated from high school, the family moved to Kazan, where Radner grew up. He was seriously fond of chess, became a candidate master (later he even took part in the television educational chess program of grandmaster Yuriy Averbakh).
From an early age Muratov was attracted by the sky, he dreamed of a career as a pilot. In 1946 he graduated from the Kazan Air Force Special School. While studying, he began to participate in amateur performances, played in amateur shows. In addition, due to health problems, the flying profession had to be forgotten. And he decided to become an actor. He entered the theater school on the first try.
In 1951 Muratov graduated from VGIK, workshop of Mikhail Romm and Sergei Yutkevich. In 1951-1988 he was an actor at the State Film Actor Theater.
He began acting in films in 1952, playing a small role in the film Man of Music (1952). The first recognition came to the actor in 1956 after his role in the military film Maksim Perepelitsa (1956) with Leonid Bykov in the title role. He played Private Taksirov.
The actor played his star role in 1971 in the comedy Gentlemen of Fortune (1971), directed by Aleksandr Seryy. His hero is Vasya (Vasiliy Ali-Babaevich), a petty swindler from Central Asia, sitting in a colony. - Producer
