Lou D'Ambrosio
Louis J. ("Lou") D'Ambrosio is an American executive who currently serves as a Partner at (and former senior strategic advisor to) Goldman Sachs and leads the firm's Value Accelerator - a platform of distinguished operating executives that partner with portfolio company management in value creation. Previously, Lou was the CEO of Fortune 500 companies Sears Holdings and Avaya, and has served as a senior executive across multiple industries throughout his career. Lou served as Executive Chairman of Sensus, a clean-technology leader in conserving water and energy through smart meters. Earlier in his career, D'Ambrosio spent 16 years at IBM in leadership roles across Software, Services, and Asia Pacific and was a member of IBM's Worldwide Management Council. D'Ambrosio is active in non-profit organizations and served as a trustee of the Jackson Laboratory, a leading biomedical organization. Lou has been a speaker at major conferences including the World Economic Forum and Interop and has been quoted in leading media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and USAToday. Lou was executive producer of the album FEARLESS by Broadway star Mandy Gonzalez. D'Ambrosio is an alumni of Penn State (summa cum laude, valedictorian) and Harvard Business School. He and his wife have two children and reside in Wayne, PA.
