Susan is a highly experienced executive across both the business and creative aspects of film and television production with over 14 years of experience overseeing productions across all aspects including funding, production and distribution. She is able to balance the creative, logistical and fiduciary aspects of projects.
Susan is part of the team who built the highly regarded factual production company Mint Pictures. Productions include the multi award winning 'Bushwhacked!' ABC series, Walkley winning 'Code Of Silence' for SBS, Foxtel's acclaimed blue chip arts series 'The Archibald', SBS documentaries 'The Secret Life Of Death' and 'Country Town Pride', feature documentaries 'Food Fighter' and 'The Bowraville Murders', and documentary series including 'The Pool', 'Finding The Archibald', Paramount+ series 'Sky Blue: Inside Sydney FC', and blue chip series 'Great Southern Landscapes' for ABC.
Moving into drama Susan recently produced the 2022 theatrically released Little Tornadoes scripted feature which was funded by MIFF Premiere Fund and Film Victoria, and premiered at MIFF 2021. She is in development across a slate of scripted and non-scripted features and television series, along with producing or executive producing with various collaborators.
Susan holds an Degree in Commerce and Media Production (double major), a Masters in Media Production, and a Post Grad Advanced Diploma in Transmedia/Online Producing which focused on such as AR, VR and bleeding edge technology production. She worked as an accountant in both private and public sector before switching to the entertainment industry.
