The episode is entitled, "Guilt By Association," and it turns out that we're going to see some pretty high drama and interesting stuff go down as Karen confesses her pregnancy to Vivian and Alec. April lands in hot water with Blair, and more! In the new, 11th episode press release: Guilt Complicates Everything. Press release number 2: April's guilt about Daniel will lead to trouble in her relationship with Blair which ultimately brings her closer to Lucy. Karen will tell Alec and Vivian about the baby and despite Alec's initial shock there seems to be some hope that they can form a modern kind of family until Vivian staggers Karen with the news of her own.
