Given its vampiric themes and generally spooky vibes, it probably shouldn’t shock you to learn that the Necromancers have quickly become the breakout stars of Diablo 4‘s Season 2 update. Even still, the overall power level of the recently buffed class is really something to see. That’s especially true during the 1-50 leveling process when Necromancers are uniquely capable of just obliterating everything in their way.
Before we get into the best Necromancer build for leveling, though, please note that this is indeed a leveling build. That means it is designed to get you from Level 1 to Level 50 as quickly and smoothly as possible. While you can continue to utilize a version of this build beyond that point, you will likely need to modify it to take advantage of additional resources that become available to you at higher World Tiers. Two of metal’s most iconic mascots — Iron Maiden’s Eddie and Anthrax’s ornery flatbill-cap-wearing Not-Man — are joining forces for the Among the Living in-game event in Maiden’s Legacy of the Beast mobile game.
For this latest dungeon event, the plot of Anthrax’s recent Among the Living graphic novel serves as the premise, as players venture through the wreckage of a recently destroyed New York City. Not-Man is out for revenge, and he’s got Eddie in tow.
“We couldn’t be happier to be featured in this game,” commented Anthrax, who join an esteemed group of major bands that have appeared in Lotb.
The band continued: “When the idea came up, we were completely taken aback by it, like, ‘Are you serious?’ You have Eddie, one of the greatest mascots of all-time, and the Not-Man. When you see the Non-Man’s face, you identify it with Anthrax.

Have you seen The Old Guard on Netflix yet? Judging by how popular the new Charlize Theron action movie is right now on the streaming platform, I’d say most fans have. It’s really the first big new movie to come along in quite some time and it’s also pretty good thanks to the direction by Gina Prince-Bythewood, some thrilling set pieces, fascinating mythology and the relationships between the characters.
And everyone involved knew going in that if it was successful, it could lead to more films. Why else would they include that extra scene at the end, which clearly sets up a sequel? The internet is already clamoring for one and Prince-Bythewood is hopeful that they’ll be able to make it.
But about that ending – what exactly does it mean? Well, early on in the story, it’s revealed that Andy (Theron) is not the oldest immortal.

Marvel dropped a brand new trailer for Black Widow this morning and I think we can all agree that it offers the most exciting look at ScarJo’s upcoming solo McU venture we’ve had so far. The preview focused on building up the connection between Natasha Romanoff and her Russian family, and it doing so it looks to have categorically proven one of them innocent of being the film’s big bad.
Based on the mysterious depiction of Taskmaster in previous trailers, a popular fan theory had developed which pointed to Rachel Weisz’s Melina secretly being the one underneath the skull-like metal mask. However, there’s one clip you might’ve missed in this new promo that disapproves this theory once and for all.

Black Widow is introducing a ton of new characters, including Melina Vostokoff. Played by Rachel Weisz, Melina is one of Natasha Romanoff's former "colleagues" from the Soviet Black Widow program, where they, along with many other women, were trained to be master assassins and spies. The first trailer seems to show Melina as a friend or at least an ally to Nat, but readers of Marvel comics know we should be very wary.
In the Marvel comics, Melina Vostokoff is far from a friend to Natasha - in fact, she's one of her major enemies. A Russian assassin under the alias Iron Maiden, Melina holds a particular vendetta against Natasha, who she feels overshadows her in every way. The official Marvel website describes exactly how far she's willing to go to pursue her hatred of Nat:

Record labels don’t get much more cult than Svart. Based in Turku, Finland, and primarily devoted to the country’s metal scene, the imprint has unearthed many underground treasures in recent years, including early-Nineties efforts from esoteric death-metal crew Demilich and their more stripped-down contemporaries Rippikoulu. But even in this context, their latest effort, a vinyl-only three-lp set containing the complete discography of the Eighties/Nineties-era quintet Santa Lucia and titled Perse Palaa (“The Ass Is Back”), seems like some kind of new benchmark of obscure brilliance. The Ion Fury team have reversed their decision to remove a controversial joke following fan backlash.
Ion Fury developer Voidpoint has decided not to remove a controversial slur from their game.
This strange story starts about a week ago when some Voidpoint staffers made homophobic and transphobic comments on the company's Discord channel. Shortly thereafter, users found similar controversial content in Ion Fury itself. For instance, an area of the game accessible via a no clip cheat contained the word "fagbag," while another area in the game contained facewash products labeled "ogay."
Not long after the controversy surfaced, developer Voidpoint promised to not only remove the content via a patch but to donate money to The Trevor Project: a non-profit organization designed to prevent suicide among members of the Lgbtq community. Furthermore, Voidpoint stated that all members of their staff will undergo mandatory sensitivity training.

A few songs into Iron Maiden’s set at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Saturday night, frontman Bruce Dickinson waged an onstage swordfight with a nine-foot-tall undead creature dressed as a British soldier. As the singer and the monster — a walking incarnation of the band’s trusty mascot, Eddie — dueled, the group’s five other members burned through “The Trooper,” Maiden’s pulse-quickening 1983 ode to the exhilaration and peril of 19th-century warfare. The scene was pure multimedia spectacle, absurd yet undeniably awesome — in other words, Iron Maiden in a nutshell.

When an earthquake decimated parts of Armenia and killing between 25,000 to 50,000 people in 1988, the world was in shock. The Ussr earmarked the equivalent of billions of dollars to help rebuild, the U.S. sent medical aid and search dogs, and people from all over Europe came to help. Perhaps the most surprising fundraising effort, though, came from a who’s who of rock and metal legends calling themselves Rock Aid Armenia. Fans and band members reminisce about Iron Maiden’s concert in under-siege Sarajevo in this fondly made documentary
In 1994, Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson got a call from a bloke at the Un in Bosnia – fancy popping over to do a gig in Sarajevo? Being a bit foggy on the details of the war and the hell-on-Earth siege of Sarajevo, then in its third year, he said: “Yeah, why not.”
An entertaining whiff of Spinal Tap hangs over Dickinson’s anecdotes about his semi-clueless road trip to Sarajevo in this music documentary – an interesting if minor footnote in the history of both the Bosnian war and heavy metal.

The simplest things can bind the most unlikely of pairs together at times. For example, Monty Python and the metal band Iron Maiden will be paired for life and beyond now thanks to a single song. The song written by Eric Idle and played during the Not the Messiah (He’s a Very Naughty Boy) and twice in the Broadway musical Spamalot, was a favorite of Iron Maiden’s to play at the end of their concerts to close out the night. Don’t ask why, it would be the last song that many would expect a heavy metal band to play over

Okay, don’t worry. I’m not going to keep using the crappy concert ad gimmick, but this feature is going to lean heavy on the heavy metal. What comes to your mind when you hear the word Sanam? As a Bollywood music lover, I think of none other than India’s Fantastic Four who have clocked a whopping 2.7 million subscribers (and counting!) at their YouTube channel, thanks to their wonderful renditions of retro classic hits, modern hits and original compositions.
The fantastic four comprise of brothers Sanam Puri (lead vocals) and Samar Puri (lead guitar), Venky S (bass guitar) and Keshav Dhanraj (drums). I would say they are India’s most commercially successful band, and they have enthralled audiences in various concerts both internationally and in India. As a band, Sanam have also succeeded in bridging the gap between the younger and older generations, through their retro renditions.
I have been fortunate enough to have a chat with the band, to gauge their thoughts on current music trends, whose music they like listening to, and much more!

Synapse Films made many viewers happy last year with their Collector's Edition Steelbook Blu-ray release of Dario Argento's Phenomena, aka Creepers, and if you didn't pick up the Steelbook, you'll soon have a chance to purchase the film in a standard (but still extraordinary) two-disc Blu-ray this September, along with The Creep Behind the Camera.
Featuring three separate cuts of the film, the Phenomena Blu-ray will be released on September 12th, the same day of Synapse Films' Blu-ray and DVD release of The Creep Behind the Camera, which explores the stranger than fiction story of the making of The Creeping Terror (which is included in the special features with a new 2K scan). Below, we have official press releases with full details, as well as a look at the cover art for both films.

[[tmz:video id="0_2no061po"]] Iron Maiden wasn't just a hard rocking band, they were also partying way harder than any other legendary band ... according to their drummer, Nicko McBrain. Nicko was outside NBC in NYC when he got all nostalgic about Maiden's more than 40 years of touring and, no doubt, destroying a hotel room or two. When we asked him if anyone came close to keeping pace in the partying department ... he gave props to some L.A. based rockers.

Yesterday was the day of the doll. I say that because not once, but twice we were treated to pictures of dolls that looked startlingly like real people. We presented you with a Belle doll from Beauty of the Beast that looked exactly like Barack Obama. Next we presented you with a Daisy Ridley doll that looked exactly like Elrond from Lord of the Rings. Today it seems as though the collective Reddit crowd wants to keep the look alike train running. We’ve scoured Sherlock’s The Final Problem for tiny details and references to other stories, and here’s what we found…
Warning: contains spoilers.
See related Travelers: why you should watch Netflix's new time travel show Travelers: first trailer for Netflix time travel series
With the help of the pause button and a pot of strong coffee, we’ve picked through Sherlock’s series four finale The Final Problem to seek out the nerdy references and painstakingly added background details. (You can find the same for the previous episodes here and here.)
Here goes…
1. Starting with the obvious, The Final Problem is of course the title of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s 1893 short story in which Sherlock Holmes and Professor Moriarty appear to tumble to their deaths in the Reichenbach Falls. Andrew Scott’s Moriarty references the title several times in series two finale The Reichenbach Fall.

It's just after 6 p.m. on a Friday, and Duff's – a noisy heavy-metal bar adorned with autographed memorabilia and jagged-looking instruments in Williamsburg, Brooklyn – has just opened its doors to the sober, work-weary masses. In the center of the room, a woman clad in a black dress and high heels is headbanging atop a carpet adorned with Iron Maiden's corpse-mascot Eddie. The music is "Bleed," an angular, machine-gun–like aural assault that's little over seven minutes long, by Swedish extreme-metal growlers Meshuggah. Bargoers sip their beer in the back,...

Ashlee looked effortlessly cool in a black sweater, jeans, and leopard-print boots, while Evan sported an Iron Maiden sweatshirt and jeans. Evan shared a sweet family photo from the event last week on Instagram, writing, "What a Great Day it was. Celebrating Mom and all the other Incredible recipients!!! #medaloffreedom." Also among the recipients were Tom Hanks, Robert De Niro, and Ellen DeGeneres, who couldn't help but get a little teary as she was presented with a medal by President Barack Obama. "Steady as a preacher, free as a weed," goes the Lady Antebellum tune that gives filmmaker Andrea Arnold's teenage-island-of-misfit-toys road movie its title. You can see why those two things might be aspirations for Star (newcomer Sasha Lane), the teenager we first meet digging through the trash for food, grubby kid siblings in tow. Stability and liberation aren't things she comes across a lot. Her life is a wreck, her residence is a parody of Southern trashiness (ants on the counter, handsy stepdad in the living room, Dixie flag...

Marvel recently revealed that Tony Stark would be stepping away from Iron Man in the comics and that he would be replaced by a 15-year-old MIT student named Riri Williams, who is a genius that already built her own set of armor in her dorm room.
Marvel has revealed to Wired that the name of her version of Iron Man will be Ironheart. They've also provided some new art for us to check out. The transition of this character into her new role will start in this fall's Invincible Iron Man #1 which will be written by Brian Michael Bendis and the art will be created by Stefano Caselli. When talking about coming up with and using the name Ironheart, Bendis says:
“Iron Woman seemed old fashioned to some. Iron Maiden looked like a legal nightmare. And Ironheart, coined by Joe Quesada, after I told him my planned story for Riri,...

No, Riri Williams will not be known as Iron Man when she debuts in the iconic armour this November. The cover of Brian Michael Bendis' relaunched Invincible Iron Man #1 reveals that the young hero will officially be known as Ironheart. During an interview with Wired, Bendis explains that it was actually Marvel Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada that came up with the new moniker. “Iron Woman seemed old fashioned to some, Iron Maiden looked like a legal nightmare. And Ironheart, coined by Joe Quesada, after I told him my planned story for Riri, speaks not only to the soul of the character but to the Iron Man franchise as a whole. Tony first put on the armor to save his heart. Riri puts it on for different reasons altogether but still heart-related. When people see her story, you’ll be amazed at how simple and brilliant Joe’s suggestion was.

In every pop culture era, there are always a handful of artists who just plain make sense for what’s going on in music. Zhu may have gotten his actual start a couple years ago, but his unique, melancholy style of electronic music made the post-edm landscape of 2016 the ideal time to release his debut album, Generationwhy.

Power lifting isn't just for the boys. Zac Efron and the Rock may get all the attention as they show off their tire flipping skills, but on Saturday, 60 badass women competed in the fifth annual Iron Maidens Raw Open in Brooklyn. It's one of the few female-only powerlifting competitions, and this year's iteration saw women from age 25 all the way up to 70 deadlift, back squat, and bench press hundreds of pounds at a time. Bethany Erskine, who came in sixth in her weight class after pulling a total of 570 lbs., recently came back to lifting after a child birth-related injury.

When you write about entertainment all day every day, you tend to get caught up in minutiae, and it leads to editorial decisions I would call questionable. When you're writing breathless headlines about Pez dispensers, you may be working too hard to find relevance in the irrelevant. Getting hung up on the micro often prevents us from focusing on the macro, but I'd like to take the opportunity to take a step back from time to time to examine 'The Bigger Picture.' I'd like to start by telling you three stories. They're just three totally unrelated stories about going to see movies with people reacting afterwards in ways that are, by any definition, irrational. I can't imagine what might have happened in the last week that would have me reflecting on these incidents, but maybe by the time I've told them, we can figure out some sort of unifying thread.
