- American comedy actress, in films as a child performer from silent days (as part of a double act with her more famous sister Genevieve). She came to notice as Alice in the first stage production of "Alice in Wonderland" (1915). Later, she performed in vaudeville on the Orpheum Circuit and returned to films after a long absence, playing Dacia in The Sign of the Cross (1932). This did not lead to much of a subsequent career, though, from 1938 to 1942 she had a steady run in 2-reel comedies at RKO as Leon Errol's wife. Vivian was married to Dr. Karl O. von Hagen, a neurologist and psychiatrist, a former Chairman of the Department of Neurology at USC Medical School.
