Ty (Chiké Okonkwo) reminds him they need to trade it for Eve, but they admit to being worried about whoever is sending them the messages on the laptop.
Ty’s also worried that something happened to Paara since she’s overdue on returning from her trip. Both men pledge not to stop trying until they get their families back.
Izzy (Zyra Gorecki) confesses to Veronica (Lily Santiago) that she’s worried about her relationship with Leyla after turning down an offer to go stargazing. Fortunately, that conversation is cut...

Fire!!! Apparently, dinosaurs, missing friends, a mysterious military base, and assorted personality clashes just aren’t enough. NBC’s La Brea ups the ante with season three episode four, adding a raging fire mere miles from the fort as yet another problem our trusty time travelers will have to deal with.
Episode four, the appropriately named “Fire Storm,” kicks off in LA in 2021. Ty (Chike Okonkwo) and Sam (Jon Seda) are growing antsy waiting outside a diner for Gavin’s contact to show up. Inside, Gavin (Eoin Macken) is approached by a woman he doesn’t recognize but who seems to know him.
It turns out the woman has canceled Gavin’s real meeting and needs him to go with her if he wants to continue breathing.

Gavin (Eoin Macken) isn’t really shocked about Ty’s bizarre time-traveling story, but he is surprised they think he can contribute to helping stop what’s going to go down in just a few weeks.
Ty believes that Gavin’s prior work with quantum physics at Ladera Air Base is connected to the sinkholes. Unfortunately, Gavin can’t get them into the base and knows zilch about a secret project because of huge gaps in his memory. Ty pleads with him to help anyway. Lives are at stake!

With 22 international iterations of “Love Island” taking the lead from the franchise’s U.K. flagship series, “Love Island USA” producer ITV Entertainment aimed to harness the property’s crossover potential among American audiences in its newest spin-off, “Love Island Games.”
“We knew we had a disparate audience in America,” ITV Entertainment president and “Love Island Games” EP Simon Thomas told TheWrap, pointing to the movement of “Love Island USA” from CBS to Peacock. “There didn’t seem to be a huge amount of crossover, in that there’s a lot of American fans who just discovered the American show and didn’t know or care about the U.K. show — and then there’s hardcore American fans of the U.K. show and the Australian show.”

Stripped of a handful of tracks filled with contemporary signifiers, Cher’s Christmas could have been released at any point in the singer’s nearly six-decade career. Whether it be a faithful rendition of “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home),” featuring the original queen of Christmas, Darlene Love, or the ingratiating original song “Christmas Ain’t Christmas Without You,” the majority of the album’s 13 tracks opt for a traditional holiday approach.
It’s when Cher and frequent collaborator Mark Taylor steer the project toward the long-dated dance-pop of the pair’s late-’90s smash “Believe” that the sleigh goes off the rails. For one, the album’s paint-by-numbers opening track, “DJ Play a Christmas Song,” is marred by a rudimentary hook—“DJ, play a Christmas song/I wanna be dancing all night long”—and gratuitous Auto-Tune and half-step key change. And the similarly pitched “Angels in the Snow” is only...

AMC unveiled the first scene from the much-anticipated upcoming second season of Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire during their New York Comic Con panel and then – fortunately – made it available online. The nearly four-minute scene shows Santiago (Ben Daniels) guiding a group that includes Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson) and Claudia (now played by Delainey Hayles) to a mansion. After using his particular set of skills to determine the layout and the number of humans inside, Santiago and most of the group enter to feast on the unsuspecting occupants.
However, Louis (Jacob Anderson) and Armand (Assad Zaman) remain outside, flirting and getting to know each other.
Not shown but also returning for season two are Sam Reid as Lestat and Eric Bogosian as Daniel Molloy
Season one premiered on October 2, 2022 and wrapped up on November 6, 2022. Season two is currently shooting in Prague and is targeting a 2024 premiere.

New Delhi, July 13 (Ians) Former Australia captain Mark Taylor has questioned Pat Cummins over the utilisation of spinner Todd Murphy, emphasising the necessity to provide the young off-spinner with greater opportunities.
Murphy was brought into the team for the third Ashes Test as a direct replacement for the injured Nathan Lyon, but his contribution was limited to a mere 9.3 overs throughout the match, resulting in just a solitary wicket.
Taylor believes Murphy needs to be utilised more frequently by Cummins or drop him altogether for the fourth Test at Old Trafford.
“It’s very tough. I would’ve liked to see him bowl before lunch, and I don’t mean one over before lunch, I thought three or four before lunch when we got those couple of wickets and Ben Stokes came straight to the crease.
“I think you’ve got to bring your spinner in early to give them...

London, July 2 (Ians) On Fay Five of the second Ashes Test at Lord’s, England’s wicketkeeper-batter Jonny Bairstow was run-out under controversial circumstances in the hosts’ chase of 317, leading to high drama at the iconic venue.
Bairstow was on 10 and England were 193/5 in the 52nd over when he ducked under a bouncer from Cameron Green and inadvertently walked out of his crease. On seeing this, Australia wicketkeeper Alex Carey immediately directed an underarm throw after catching the delivery, and jumped in joy after firing an accurate throw towards the stumps.
It led to chaos in the middle as Bairstow believed the ball was dead, with Australia immediately going for an appeal. On-field umpires Ahsan Raza and Chris Gaffaney sent the decision upstairs, where TV umpire Marais Erasmus confirmed Bairstow’s dismissal.
On seeing the out decision, the Australian players celebrated while the crowd began to chant “same old Aussies,...

New Delhi, Dec 11 (Ians) Fresh and rested from a part of the white-ball series against India, Australia fast bowler Pat Cummins has said he is ready to take on Virat Kohli in the first Test of the upcoming four-match series to be played at the Adelaide Oval from December 17.
"I am happy I don't have to bowl to Steve Smith. That's great. And I saw Kane Williamson's double hundred. Pretty glad I am not playing there (in New Zealand against Williamson). I think when you are in the moment, you may be try to lift a little bit. You sense a big wicket when someone walks out there. Normally it is the captain getting into the contest. That is really the important part of the game," Cummins responded on Friday to a query about him looking forward to a duel with skipper Kohli in the Adelaide Test.

There has been an ongoing debate over whether the 22-year-old Pucovski should be handed his Test debut in the series against India or if Joe Burns, who had been forming a partnership with David Warner in recent Tests, should be continued with.
While coach Justin Langer has said that he will continue opening with Burns in the series against India, former captain and selector Mark Taylor wants Australia to blood in the young Pucovski. Mark Waugh too has backed Pucovski to play the first Test against India to...
