On Friday, Idina Menzel’s new documentary Idina Menzel: Which Way to the Stage? released on Disney+.
The film tracks Menzel’s career from her breakout role on Broadway in Rent to realizing her dream of headlining a concert at Madison Square Garden. It also highlights her starring role as Elsa in Disney’s Frozen and its 2019 sequel.
Filmmaker Anne McCabe follows Menzel behind the scenes on her 16-show national tour as she balances being a mother to her 13-year-old son, Walker, and partner to her husband, Aaron Lohr, with a grueling tour schedule.

Anyone who doesn’t see Idina Menzel as among our most noteworthy modern voices may be changed for good by this ride through her 2018 nationwide tour. In Idina Menzel: Which Way to the Stage?, premiering December 9 on Disney+, the Glee co-star and Wicked Tony winner — and the voice of Elsa in Disney’s Frozen — performs alongside tourmate Josh Groban, culminating in her dream-come-true show at New York City’s Madison Square Garden. Beyond the crowd-pleasing set list, the doc pairs performance footage with Menzel reflecting on poignant moments in her life, from her Long Island roots to a recent IVF journey with her husband, actor Aaron Lohr. But the real showstoppers are the beautifully rendered tunes, including “No Day but Today” from Rent, captured in Pittsburgh days after the 2018 Tree of Life synagogue shooting (Menzel would later record an original song for the HBO documentary). Combine that with the other heart-tugging tracks here,...

The Ducks are back together! The all-grown-up cast of the hit 1994 movie D2: The Mighty Ducks recently reunited in honor of the film's 20th anniversary and the reunion photos are wonderfully nostalgic. Over the weekend, star Marguerite Moreau and her husband Christopher Redman documented the get-together on their social media accounts. In one group photo, Moreau poses with co-stars Mike Vitar (Luis Mendoza), Garrett Henson (Guy Germaine), Vincent Larusso (Adam Banks), Aaron Lohr (Dean Portman) and Scott Whyte (Gunnar Stahl). She captioned the smiley shot, "Mike Vitar, @garretth Vincent Larusso Aaron Lohr and Scott Whyte #mD2 #mightyducks #20yearreunion." In another, Moreau hugs Henson, who played...

It's hard to believe "Newsies" has been around since 1992. Directed by choreographer Kenny Ortega (who you can also thank for the the "High School Musical" series), the film was a major box office flop, but later gained a cult following on home video. Now, it's been turned into a Broadway musical that has earned eight Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical, winning Best Choreography and Best Original Score.

Oh hey, Duncan, from your favorite failed 1999 TV show "Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane." David was also in the movies "Just Married," "Honey" and "Vacancy 2: The First Cut." Fun fact: He was once engaged to Kerry Washington.

Wow. I said last week to expect little fun and a ton of intensity in these last two episodes – and I wasn’t wrong. Now I usually break down the case and then discuss the themes or ongoing plots seperately, but this weeks case was so in tune with Jane’s breakdown that I’m just going to go ahead and dive right in.
Red John leaves Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) a note that reads ‘Happy Anniversary’ – creepy. Red John manipulates a young girl into giving Jane a message – extra creepy. “Do you give up yet?” she says, Red John smiley drawn on her hand. This being a young girl not unlike his late daughter (which I’m sure was Rj’s intention) Jane takes it upon himself to hypnotise her, making her forget about the ordeal with Red John. Cbi Boss Luther Wainwright (Michael Rady...
