Katy Perry and Miranda Kerr were all smiles when they reunited at the G'Day USA Arts Gala in Los Angeles on Jan. 28. The pair's friendship caught fans by surprise, considering Kerr is Orlando Bloom's ex-wife and Perry has been engaged to the actor since Valentine's Day 2019. The couple also share 2-year-old daughter Daisy Dove.
In a speech presenting Kerr with the excellence in the arts award, Perry was quick to dispel any feud rumors, setting the record straight on her friendship with Kerr once and for all. "Some of you might be confused about why I'm introducing Miranda," she said, according to People. "That doesn't play into the antiquated narrative of ex-wives and new wives."
"It's like I gained another sister, one with whom I usually sidebar from the main family chat and agree with."

Horror Channel have announced their latest rund of UK television premieres for October, including three outstanding supernatural thrillers: Under The Bed, Steven C. Season six of ‘Sons of Anarchy’ started with a bang — literally. The controversial ending to the Sept. 9 season premiere caused an uproar of fans who were not happy with that ending. However, I’m on the other end of the spectrum.
Just when you thought Sons of Anarchy couldn’t get anymore shocking, season six’s premiere proved us all wrong. While some loved the new episode, “Straw,” others felt it pushed the limit. However, if you’ve watched Sons from the beginning, you know there wasn’t much of a limit left.

Spoiler alert: Stop reading if you don’t want to know what happened on the ‘Sons of Anarchy’ season premiere!
Sons of Anarchy is famous for pushing the envelope — if that envelope even exists anymore — with jaw-dropping twists that manage to stun die-hard fans, while also getting a rise out of casual channel surfers. And although the sixth season premiere featured plenty of surprises for long-time viewers, its most controversial scene will likely strike a chord with those casual channel surfers I mentioned.
Without going into too much detail, a seemingly innocent 11-year-old boy — whom fans of the show had barely been introduced to before — pulled out a machine gun and opened fire on his elementary school.
Yeah. That happened.
Needless to say, the horrific twist — which went down in the final moments of the Sept. 10 episode — will undoubtedly give viewers, and non-viewers who will likely hear about it on the news,...

Sons of Anarchy star Johnny Lewis did not have drugs in his system when he fell to his death after apparently killing his 81-year-old landlady in her Los Angeles home in September, according to results of the autopsy report.
Toxicology results released by the Los Angeles County coroner's office found no traces of cocaine, alcohol, marijuana or any other types of drugs -- both anti-psychotic and psychedelic -- in the 28-year-old actor's system.

The actor who once dated Katy was widely reported to have been on drugs when he killed his landlady and then himself but the toxicology report released on Nov. 29 reveals that was not the case. The events surrounding Johnny Lewis' suicide and murder of his landlord left many people very confused. The actor, who dated Katy Perry from 2005 - 2006, had just recently been released from jail. There were numerous reports that he had been on hallucinogenic drugs and medication during the tragic events on Sept. 26, but the toxicology report claims otherwise, how sad! Johnny's death has also been ruled an accident even though many thought he purposefully jumped off his roof. The autopsy found nail marks on his neck and that he had been "partially strangled" suggesting that the landlady Catherine Davis, 81, had attempted to fight back. ★★☆☆☆ Eduardo Sanchez was one half of the directorial team that unleashed the now prevalent found footage motif onto horror movies in 1999 with The Blair Witch Project. His latest offering to the genre, Lovely Molly (2011) - which hit cinemas earlier this year and is released this week on DVD - is a disconcerting movie which plays its cards close to its chest throughout and is unnerving without ever managing to truly scare. The eponymous Molly (Gretchen Lodge) is a young woman who we're introduced to through some video footage - welcome back Mr. Sanchez - of her wedding to truck driver Tim (Johnny Lewis).

Eduardo Sanchez made his name as one of the co-directors of The Blair Witch Project. Blair Witch wasn’t just an indication of his creative talent, but also a true passion, and belief in the idea that the less we see the more effective the horror. The act of visual discretion is admirable because it often balances on a razor’s edge. A director can just as easily lose the audience if ideas are not handled with a deft cleverness and attention to detail. In Lovely Molly, Sanchez continues to practice the ‘less is more’ approach to horror. It creates moments of great terror and suspense, but the approach also creates several moments of muddled sloppiness.

Lovely Molly
Stars: Gretchen Lodge, Johnny Lewis, Alexandra Holden | Written by Eduardo Sanchez, Jamie Nash | Directed by Eduardo Sanchez
Known predominantly for the massive hit that was The Blair Witch Project (one of the highest-grossing independent films of all time no less), Eduardo Sanchez returns with what is his fourth directorial effort since that films groundbreaking debut and his best movie yet. Now I’ll admit I wasn’t a huge fan of Blair Witch, I enjoyed it for what it was but the obnoxious cast always put me off, however Sanchez’s 2006 directorial follow-up Altered was a stroke of genius that undeservedly shoved out as a direct to DVD release. But now he’s back, surpassing all expectations with Lovely Molly.
The film starts off innocently enough, with the titular Molly (Lodge) and her newlywed husband Tim (Lewis) moving into the old family homestead to start their married life together.

There’s been sordid news in the past 48 hours about the actor Johnny Lewis who played a biker on the FX show Sons Of Anarchy committing murder and then dying himself. But what has been lost is the true identity of his victim, described by media merely as his 81-year-old Los Feliz landlady Catherine Davis. Now she’s being called a “Hollywood legend” and “near saint” to struggling actors, a caring benefactor who throughout her life generously opened rooms in her home to the showbiz wannabes drawn to Tinseltown. Actor/comic Taylor Negron has penned an affecting tribute to his one-time landlady turned lifelong friend. Negron at age 24 moved into Davis’ so-called ”Writers Villa” as did Val Kilmer, Parker Posey, Thomas Jane, Paula Poundstone, Chris Parnell, “and so many others”, Negron writes.
