- Her most significant representation in the 10's was the mechanical doll Olympia in Richard Oswald's earlier big screen adaptation of the opera The Tales of Hoffmann in 1916.
- She sang recitals on the radio and performed at cabarets.
- She had singing education by Ludwig Mantler.
- She appeared in some 30 films during the silent and early sound era. Later she mainly appeared on stage and for the radio.
- She made recordings in the late 1920s, partly with famous colleagues like Paul Morgan and Leo Monosson for Homocord and Odeon.
