Rick Harrison and Austin “Chumlee” Russell from Pawn Stars and the new spin-off, Pawn Stars Do America, have a contentious back-and-forth relationship.
Fans are commenting about a recent interaction between Rick and Chumlee that was shared on Instagram.
Chumlee has worked for Rick at the pawn shop in Las Vegas for over twenty years, so something about their relationship must work well.
The duo recently worked together at a History Channel event in Mexico called Historyfest, while Rick’s son Corey Harrison stayed home, presumably minding the main store in Las Vegas.
But the video Chumlee shared on his Instagram has fans commenting on their working together and why they “put up with him” at the store.
Chumlee’s Instagram video is captioned, “Let’s see how Rick likes this vanilla coffee,” it seems that Chumlee intentionally mishandled Rick’s coffee order.

Between Valentine’s Day and the long Presidents Day weekend, February is the perfect month to scoot out to Palm Springs for some fun in the desert sun.
The Modernism Week festival, which this year runs Feb. 15-25, is the centerpiece of the month’s events. “Modernism Week is the largest gathering of midcentury modern architecture and design enthusiasts in the US,” says Lisa Vossler-Smith, its CEO.
Highlights of its 19th year include tours of The Shag House, which brings to life the midcentury-inspired drawings of artist Josh Agle, better known as Shag; Wexler ’54, a post-and-beam home that represents one of the first collaborations between master architects Donald Wexler and Richard Harrison; and the city’s famous Villa Sierra “That Pink Door” house located near where the movie Don’t Worry Darling filmed. (The four-bedroom, 5,300-square foot Villa Sierra can be booked for stays through Natural Retreats, with some dates available for around $1,770 a night.

In the late 19th century, the legendary chemist and inventor Alfred Nobel discovered the destructive potential of nitroglycerin and invented dynamite, an explosive that, along with its other subsidiaries, not only changed the course of human civilization but also made global warfare even more destructive. For his invention, Alfred Nobel was called an ‘Emissary of Death’, a title he regretted so much that he wished to leave a legacy that could absolve him of the sin of creating a means of mass destruction. To do that, he left the majority of his fortune to create the prestigious Nobel Prize, which has since awarded excellence in various streams of science, but most importantly in peace.

Bing Crosby, David Hockney and Dame Margot Fonteyn are among the interviewees to have been discovered within old Desert Island Disc tapes.
As the interviews predated the BBC recording archives, the recordings had previously been lost, but now an audio collector has found them.
Richard Harrison from Lowestoft in Suffolk discovered the 90 lost tapes, telling the BBC that finding the missing archives was a “great feeling”.
Desert Island Discs is a BBC Radio 4 programme broadcast which is also now released in a podcast format. It has been airing since January 1942 when it was first broadcast on the BBC Forces Programme.
The 90 recordings feature interviews from the 1960s and 1970s and include a host of stars from actor Dirk Bogarde to actor and dancer Sophie Tucker.

Groundbreaking director Christopher Nolan is returning to the backdrop of WWII with his 12th film, “Oppenheimer,” a star-studded biographical drama depicting the life of scientist J. Robert Oppenheimer and his role in the creation of the atomic bomb.
Though exact plot details are being kept under wraps, the movie is based on Kai Bird and Martin Sherwin’s Pulitzer Prize-winning biography “American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer.” Published in 2006, the 721-page book took Bird and Sherwin 25 years to research and write. Both authors are credited as writers of the film, with Nolan himself penning the screenplay. The film is produced by Nolan, Emma Thomas and Atlas Entertainment’s Charles Roven. Ludwig Göransson is composing original music, and Nolan’s go-to cinematographer Hoyte Van Hoytema has signed on as Dp.
Cillian Murphy is starring as Oppenheimer, the American physicist who was dubbed the “father of the atomic bomb.

One of Jules Verne’s most fantastic sci-fi fantasies got the big screen treatment from American-International, which hopped on the Verne bandwagon that raked in big $$ for Disney and others. A production challenge given a minimum of resources, the colorful show is still admired for the performance of Vincent Price as Robur the Conqueror, a mad terrorist. Charles Bronson also gets high marks as the proto- G-Man dispatched to put an end to Robur’s Albatross, an aerial ‘weapon of mass destruction.’ We also fell in love with art director Daniel Haller’s magnificent design for the airship — even if the special visual effects no longer seem as special as they should be.

I’ve always been of the principle that to truly appreciate good cinema, one must also experience the bad in order to be objective. As much as I love the good old fashioned exploitation, finding the good can be like looking for the proverbial needle in the haystack. Entertainment however is not necessarily dependant on quality. Which if you have ever experienced an International Film Distribution Release (Ifd), then will know quality is a rare commodity.
Is this film any good?
In summary……no!
But that would be a ridiculously short review and so let’s put it into a bit more context. Richard Harrison the nominal “lead” was contracted to appear in several productions by Joseph Lai. What eventually happened was these scenes were spliced Frankenstein-like into other features to create fresh product. The fact that the joins were crudely constructed were of little interest to the producers,...
