- She has written a children's book, and loves to write both lyrics and other texts.
- In 2002 she picked up the award for Most Popular New Female Talent at the Australian TV Week Logie Awards.
- Met her husband, Chris Taylor, at fellow McLeod's Daughters (2001) actress, Rachael Carpani's (Jodi) 21st birthday party.
- Supports donating blood and encourages everyone to give blood
- She is working on her first album in 2005 which should be released later in the year. The album called "When Then Is Now".
- For two years prior to joining McLeod's Daughters (2001) in the role of "Claire McLeod", she completed "The Journey" program at the Actors Centre in Sydney, Australia.
- Won the Silver Logie in 2004
- In March of 2004, she became an ambassador for The Humor Foundation. She wanted to help raise money to keep The Clown Doctors in Australian hospitals.
