Terri Gar and Steve Martin make small appearances too, along with a quick cameo by Glenn Ford. Cher sings her classic "Gypsy, Tramps and Thieves" then later vamps it up with "She Was A Vamp" segments with some halfway decent scripts.

- "All In the Familius", Carroll O'Connor is the weeks featured guest star, while Robert Merrill is featured as Archie Bunker in an operatic satire of the popular sitcom All In The Family. With Cher as his wife Edith, Sonny as his son-in-law Mike, regular Teri Garr as his daughter Gloria, and Harvey Korman playing both priest and rabbi. Carroll O'Connor appears as the CBS censor, sent by the network to clean up the show. Steve Martin is in the ensemble.
- Guest Kate Smith performs "If You Walked Into My Life." Cher sings " How Long Has This Been Going On. " Sonny plays an employee at an ecological minded gas station.
- In a skit Tony Randall plays a tyrannical student leader. Cher later vamps as Maid Marian, Sadie Thompson, and Lady Chatterly. The group Honey Cone performs "Monkey Don't Stop No Show." Cher joins Sonny on "We'll Sing in tbe Sunshine."
- Mike Connors, Jean Stapleton, and spoof of award shows.
- Special Guest Art Carney. Art Carney appears in a skit about the 1972 Presidential elections.
- Guests Jackson 5, Ronald Reagan, and Larry Storch. Jackson 5 sings "Lookin' Through the Windows." Reagan receives the Bono Award.
- Sonny and Cher are joined by guest Ken Berry in doing parodies of Broadway shows when theater was in it's golden era. The New Seekers perform "Come Softly to Me."
