- Narrated by Patrick Watson, this one-hour documentary follows Canadian James George to India and Nepal during his final eight weeks as High Commissioner, as he tours projects in India, meets with Indira Gandhi and the King of Nepal, and tours Sri Lanka, where he had previously served five years as High Commissioner. We hear his thoughts, feelings and philosophy about diplomacy as both an art and a science.
